I have studied at multiple universities, including the Universidad de Costa Rica and Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. I am bilingual and able to teach students in both English and Spanish. I have over two decades of experience in the field of Information Technology, and I have been teaching for over 10 years. I also coach volleyball.My experiences in education have given me an appreciation for teachers and the impact they can make on their students' lives. I strive to make this same impact on my students. I enjoy helping others, which is part of the reason I decided to go into teaching. I aim to be a role model to young students and provide them with knowledge they can use throughout their entire lives. My tutoring focus is on Spanish. It is a language I enjoy, and I want to share my love of the language to others. I can tutor all levels of the language, from introductory Spanish concepts to students working on advanced conversational skills.When I am not teaching, I enjoy playing soccer and volleyball. I also like to read, watch TV, and sing karaoke.
